Randall Spicer served for many years as the Director of Bands at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. His career began in the public schools of Colorado, where for nearly twenty years his programs received widespread acclaim. He has appeared throughout the world as a guest conductor and clinician. He was a great mentor to many aspiring musicians. He was a founding board member of the Western International Band Clinic. He was an elected member of the American Bandmasters Association. He also served as a mentor during the early years of the American band College.
Randall Spicer died in 2002 and has been missed ever since.
