Ira Novoselsky

One of America’s most enthusiastic band fans, Ira is also a walking encyclopedia of information about band compositions, arrangements and recordings. A concert band consultant and advisor residing in Vancouver, Washington, he has helped many ensembles in the development of band libraries and programming. Since 1996, he has donated thousands of compositions and recordings from his personal library to the American Band College Center for Research.
