The first volume featured Russian band originals, this volume focuses on German-Austrian originals. The least familiar composition on this recording is Variations on &#8220;Wilhelm Von Oranien&#8221; by Richard Strauss. This work was rediscovered in the archives of the Royal House of the Netherlands in 1999.
