Still\u2019s original band works include From the Delta and Folk Suite for Band plus Still\u2019s own band transcriptions of Summerland and excerpts from The American Scene. Also included is Little Red Schoolhouse arranged by Charles Bucky Steele. The concluding work is Erik Leidzen\u2019s band setting of Florence Price\u2019s Three Negro Dances. Price was a contemporary of Still and a highly respected Afro-American woman composer.
