This fine adult concert band still exists today and The Paynter Years showcases nearly forty years of fine performances. The works include Tulsa (Gillis\/Ford), Elsa&#8217;s Procession to the Cathedral (Wagner\/Caillet), Merry Music (Frigyes) and more. Included is Capriccio for Saxophone Quartet and Band (Warren Barker); a work commissioned by Paynter and the Northshore Concert Band.
