Address Validation (AVS Mismatch)
If your credit card fails to process due to address validation (AVS mismatch), the card may have a different address than the student's address.
Try going back to Step 2 (Personal), and change only the ZIP code to your credit card billing zip.
Return to this checkout step and try the same card again.
Tip: You should return to step 2 later and change the zip back to the student's zip code.
In the future, we will add a way to enter a credit card billing address.
Repeated Submissions
Our credit card processor declines repeated submissions made within 2 minutes (with the same information).
Check your card information for accuracy, and if it is correct, wait for 2 minutes and try again.
Other Reasons for a decline
Almost all other credit card declines will have additional information onscreen, such as invalid card number..
Please verify your card details, make any required changes and try submitting again.
Contact us if the problem persists and/or contact your credit card company to determine why the transaction is declined.
