Check file type, name and size before uploading
Most upload issues are due to incorrect file type, invalid file names and/or file size is too large.
If your file is not of the types allowed, use a converter to convert the file to mp3 or mp4 (google search Convert to mp3 free).
Please note our server will not allow video files, so you will need to convert or re-record to sound only.
Use simple file names such as Trumpet1, Clarinet2, etc. Complex file names may be rejected due to invalid characters.
Large files will not upload: See the size limit on the upload file box. You may be able to convert the file to MP3 and reduce the size considerably.
Important! Be sure to listen to your recorded files before uploading them. Some files are completely blank or have no sound.
