Roxanne Haskill has and continues to enjoy a distinguished career as a horn artist and conductor. She has performed and provided clinics both nationally and internationally and has served as a music educator with more than 37 years experience in university and private studio instruction and performance in orchestras, wind bands, bands and brass ensembles.
Currently Roxanne is the Principal Horn of the Barter Theater, Abingdon, VA; Principal Horn, East Tennessee Regional Orchestra; Second Horn, Johnson City Symphony Orchestra; Private Horn Instructor, East Tennessee and Virginia and is a Free Lance Horn Artist.
Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, completed the Advanced Course at the Armed Forces School of Music and received a Master of Music degree (with High Honors) from California State University, Long Beach.
Roxanne maintains a large horn studio and is in constant demand as a horn teacher, clinician, consultant and performer. Additionally she serves as the Music Director and Conductor of the Johnson City Community Concert Band, Johnson City, Tennessee. |
