The calendars are separated by clinics, rehearsals and assessment meetings. Download only the calendars that you need. Only one band calendar is needed, but everyone needs the clinic links. Look on the invoice included with the box that should be arriving shortly to find your band assignment.
Within the calendar, click on any scheduled event (clinic, etc.) and you can click on the link to join that Zoom meeting (clinic, rehearsal, etc.).
